By placing reasonable detection and feasibility restrictions on these multidimensional spaces (see Supplemental Data in the online Data Supplement), we estimate that we can differentiate at least 10 doubly labeled species, 50 triply labeled species, and 100 quadruply labeled species.
For a proof of principle, we demonstrated that 4c-ALEX can sort and count molecules with different probe stoichiometries and FRET distances by analyzing a solution containing 25 singly, doubly, triply, and quadruply labeled DNA oligonucleotide species (10 pmol/L concentration each; see Table 2 in the online Data Supplement).
Another important note about our practice is that by the time the aforementioned cases reached this paper, they had been quadruply analyzed and cast through a number of different lenses:
To find quadruply truthfuls I ran a full analysis on them as in the anagram table.
But two of the agreeing cases besides the anagram did show one other coincidence (second 2+2, first 4+4) and so were quadruply truthful, and seven more showed asymmetric or 'half' coincidences.
This study showed in six ways that the anagram's coincidences are real and uncommon: (1) the small number of four term doubly truthfuls (n=n and a=a) out of several hundred equations examined; (2) of the doubles, the small (random?) number that were triply truthful (agreeing in reduced sums); (3) of the latter, the near absence of quadruply truthfuls and (4) the complete absence of other quintruply truthfuls (having more than one additional full coincidence); (5) the failure of all relevant redundant or tautological anagram equations to violate argument 2; and (6, previous section) the failure of other alphabet registers to duplicate the A-1 result.

But without the creative lightning rod of their most immediate predecessor, indie maverick and October Films co-founder Bingham Ray, who left the company late last year, the long-embattled MGM brand will have to work quadruply hard to define itself.
Blanche's identity in Belle Reprieve is triply (or perhaps quadruply) embedded: "she" is a woman played by a man who imagines herself not just as Williams's Blanche DuBois, but as Vivien Leigh (like Bette Bourne, a Brit) playing the role of Blanche in Kazan's movie.
