Almost all of these patches, especially those located on the thighs and the lateral aspects of the trunk, were also remarkable for the net-like distributed plane lichenoid papules. A few ill-defined erythematous patches could be observed on the anterior chest and in the paraumbilical area.
However, hypertrophic lichenoid papules were still noted on the lower limbs, the dorsum of the feet, and the right hand.
Multiple well defined lichenoid papules were present on the extensor aspects of the elbows and also well-defined plaques were seen on the extensor aspects of the knee joints.
In addition to these, multiple hyperkeratotic firm, shiny, fine discrete violaceous to brownish lichenoid papules with the tendency to coalesce and form plaques were also seen especially on the back of the patient and also limbs (Figure-2).
Diagnosis is made based on clinical appearance of 2 to 4 mm, flat-topped, lichenoid papules ranging from red color to flesh color that are distributed linearly and may be discrete or confluent [1, 2].
