The herniation of the gallbladder through
acquired defects of the abdominal wall (incisional hernia) has been much less reported.
If a congenital colour vision deficiency is suspected, the test can be carried out binocularly, but if an
acquired defect is under investigation, the testing should be conducted monocularly.
Acquired defects are mostly due to trauma or as a result from treatment of neoplasms.
