In a joint statement issued here on Friday, the ICCI office bearers lauded the Prime Minister's move to approve the 'Wazir-i-Azam Kamyab Naujawan Program' (WAKNP) and termed it a positive development as it was aimed at providing job opportunities, education, soft loans and professional skills to the youth of the country.
The prime minister took the decision at a meeting held in connection with the programme called 'Wazir-i-Azam Kamyab Naujawan Programme' (WAKNP).
'Under Wazir-i-Azam Kamyab Naujawan Programme, a number of schemes will be introduced to provide job opportunity, education and professional skills to the youth,' he added.
The opposition members raised slogans like Jali Wazir-i-Azam Namanzoor (fake prime minister unacceptable); Vote Chor (vote thief); Khalai Wazir-i-Azam Namanzoor (alien PM unacceptable) and Vote Ko Izzat Do (honour the vote).
He left Parliament House to chants of Wazir-i-Azam Bilawal, Jiye Bhutto and Bilawal Zindabad from party supporters.
