I thank the applicant and the submitters, for and against, for participating in this important process.

Submitters are now required to be separate from the traders.

Various types of users can be involved in the Submittable[TM] process, including the administrator who creates the form, team members who serve as reviewers, and submitters. Team members are assigned to levels from one through five, increasing in permissions as the level number increases.

Regarding workplace exposure data specifically, ACA recommended that EPA work with submitters due to their extensive knowledge of their own processes.

The FCA found that between February 2007 and November 2010, Mr Danziger "routinely" made requests to RBS's primary submitters, intending to benefit the trading positions for which he and other derivatives traders were responsible.

The investigation found that between 2005 and 2009 traders at Barclays looked to boost their positions by asking Libor submitters to change their settings instead of basing Libor on the bank's borrowing costs.

It remains to be seen how much the agency will expect submitters to follow the LRMs.

They are 1) document providers, 2) technology providers (vendors), 3) trusted submitters and 4) the county recorders (recording jurisdictions).

They allow the Reference Committee to provide guidance and consultation to submitters in the development of reports.

EMAIL TRAIL EXPOSED FIDDLE The FSA report details numerous messages between Barclays traders and the bank's "submitters" who were meant to send accurate information about interest rates to the British Banking Association.

Although not required, many submitters appear to have firsthand knowledge of the product--37 percent of published reports stated that the submitter was also the victim, and 24 percent stated that the victim was the child, spouse, parent, or other relative of the submitter.

Data tables featuring version control are provided for specifying details of sample submitters, products/substances, tests, and system users.

Submitters have several options: enter the issuer's 6-digit base CUSIP number and then select specific 9-digit security Committee on Uniform Security Identification Procedures (CUSIP) numbers from EMMNs database; enter the specific 9-digit security CUSIP numbers manually or by pasting a list copied from another computer program; or search for the CUSIP numbers, using the EMMA search engine (see Exhibit 3).

We found that submitters expressing a view of children as human beings were more likely to oppose physical punishment and support repeal, whereas people who saw children as human becomings favoured physical punishment and opposed the Bill.

The submitting process will be streamlined, with several useful updates: a step-by-step format to help submitters identify where they are in the survey process "Tooltips," that define what's needed on each line; automated filters that check data for typos and incorrect information; and comment fields for submitters to clarify information and data input.
