First the gods Lahmu and Lahamu are born, and then Anshar and Kishar, and then Anu and
Nudimmud, and so on.
This allusion was certainly intended because Marduk's parents at the beginning of Enuma elis are
Nudimmud (Enki/Ea) and his wife Damkina (Ee I: 78-80).
