The only inconvenient is that OFET characterization requires current sensitivity into the
nanoamperes range and below, which is comparable to the module offset.
As a result, the electrical resistivity decreased as GO loading increased, where the maximum value of the electrical current reached 2nA (
nanoamperes).
ZL70103 consumes less than 6 milliamperes when transmitting or receiving and consumes only 290
nanoamperes when in a periodic sleep/sniff mode (1 second sniff interval).
The top trace in Figure 4(a) shows the injection of three constant current hyperpolarizing pulses, in late diastole, with a duration of 7.0 milliseconds and intensities of 35, 68, and 100
nanoamperes, and their corresponding variations in the membrane potential of 5,10, and 16 millivolts (lower trace).
Input current should be at the level of
nanoamperes. It makes provisions for the use of amplifiers with field transistors.
