The eye shows persistent inflammatory reaction due to lacrymation in most cases and lead to dryness.
Salivation with mild lacrymation accompanied with mucopurulent nasal discharge, congestion of nasal and buccal mycosa with appearance of nodular eruption on the oral commissure was also observed (Fig.1).
