Knowing that Harman International also has a number of business travelers, Genian
has proposed that it implement Infonet's remote access service.
As JBL began implementing CRM, Genian came to appreciate Infonet's DialXpressway, an enhancement to Infonet's Remote Access Service that provides an easy-to-use graphical interface and the ability for users to provision access codes for the Infonet network.
According to Genian the training went well but it would have been disastrous without DialXpressway: "DialXpressway gives JBL the power to define the parameters of our access codes, so we can exercise more control and lower our costs," she remarked.
We have happy users and also the ability to cross-charge our sister organizations for their usage," Genian observed.
The entire project took us six weeks," stated Genian.
