, beansprouts and bamboo shoots, and finally, Vegetable Saute - Asparagus, Mango & Salsify, a blend of salsify, green asparagus, mango, carrots and red peppers.
Four entrees will be showcased: Chicken Breast in Garlic Black Bean Sauce, Shrimp with Sugar Peas in Garlic Sauce, Spicy Garlic Beef, and Shrimp with Asparagus in Spicy Garlic Sauce.
From March 20 through April 16, it will be paired on the serving table with Shrimp with Sugar Peas in Garlic Sauce.
Cook the French beans and sugar peas
in salted boiling water for about 15 minutes
