The digitiser, with 10 bits of vertical resolution and a 5 GS/s sample rate, provides highspeed measurements at four times the vertical resolution of a traditional 8-bit oscilloscope.
Engineers can use the digitiser with the Jitter Analysis Toolkit, which provides a library of functions optimised for performing the high-throughput jitter, eye diagram and phase noise measurements demanded by automated validation and production test.

The dual-channel, 1GHz digitiser offers up to a 2 GS/s real-time sample rate, making it ideal for acquisition and characterisation of fast, nanosecond-edge speeds.
Equipped with a 256MB per channel memory board, the digitiser also provides high sustained sample rates over extended data capture windows.
