Ne'ilah is the concluding service of Yom Kippur which lasts for an hour, during which the ark - where the scrolls of the Torah are kept - are left open throughout.
The Passover Hagaddah ends the same way Ne'ilah ends, with a declaration: L'shanah haba'ah b'Yerushalayim.
