Investment company Blackstar Group SE (LSE:BLCK) said today that it has entered into a conditional agreement to sell half of its stake in South African healthcare company Litha Healthcare Group Limited (JSE:LHG).
Under the agreement Blackstar will sell 72,989,078 ordinary shares in Litha to Paladin Labs Inc for ZAR2.
