The RSPCA was called to collect the brown and grey
common boa and took the reptile to the vet thinking it may be in hibernation but it had already died
RSPCA animal collection officer Keith Hogben said, 'We've identified the snake as a
common boa constrictor.
Jaez was a seven foot long
common boa constrictor and the box containing the snake's ashes bears the day she died.
Common boas (constrictor imperator) do not lay eggs, but give birth to live young who are immediately able to live independently.
